What we process

Runvia Lite processes CSV data you upload to generate a revenue leak report. This may include transaction dates, amounts, statuses, customer identifiers, customer emails, product names, invoice fields, fees, and source-row data needed to explain findings.

What we store

The raw CSV file is not intentionally stored. The app stores report summaries and findings in the database so your private report link can continue to load after analysis. Detailed findings may include business/customer fields from the uploaded rows when needed for recovery actions.

Payments and email

Payments are handled by Stripe. Runvia Lite stores payment status and Stripe session identifiers, but does not store card numbers or payment credentials. Resend may process the email address and report-link email content when an unlocked report email is sent.

No account connections for Lite

Runvia Lite's MVP workflow is CSV-first. It does not require connecting Stripe, Shopify, Etsy, or invoice accounts. Analysis is read-only and does not modify your systems.

Security and access

Reports are accessed by UUID link. Treat report links as private. We use third-party infrastructure providers such as Vercel, Neon/Postgres, Stripe, and Resend to operate the service.
